Your background?

I studied fashion design for 4 years at Central Saint Martin's school in London. With my Bachelor's degree in hand, I then went to do internships and work in Paris (notably for LUTZ who, by chance, is now the head of the fashion department at HEAD in Geneva). I then lived and worked in Japan, and in 2010 I launched my brand Atelier Laure Paschoud and started producing collections (since the end of my studies, in parallel with my jobs, I was already making clothes myself and selling them in a few boutiques in London and Switzerland, so it was quite natural for me to move on to this stage).

In 2016 I returned to Japan and put on hold the frantic pace of producing two collections a year. Since my return in 2019, I have had the great pleasure of joining the great team at Labo.

What do you do at Labo?

I take care of the presentation of objects in the shop (I like making window displays, for example), sewing projects, newsletters... I don't sew much, but I like to think about and propose ideas for the various projects and textile upcycling proposals. I really enjoy discussing current projects with my colleagues.

What do you enjoy doing when you're off?

Going for walks, going to the lake, visiting museums, impromptu picnics and other outdoor activities.

How would you describe yourself?

Laure, energetic, talkative, sensitive

Places you like to spend time?
